Sold!
We have officially sold our house and feel so lucky that it was only on the market for a week! We only had two showings, and they both made offers. The one we took was for full asking price and closing on June 30th, which is T.R.'s last day of work. God totally worked this out for us! It couldn't be a better situation. We have had so many memories in this house, and I will be so sad to pull out of the drive-way at the end of June. I can remember pulling into the drive-way 5 years ago and seeing it for the first time! T.R. had come up to look at houses when Emma was only 2 weeks old, and I hadn't seen the house until we moved here. I can also picture bringing AnnaKate home from the hospital here. Well, a new chapter in our life is starting and it will be good too!

Julie, that's fantastic! I am so happy that selling your house was so easy for you - it's a little scary in today's market! It is a little sad to leave the house for the last time, but you get to keep your memories! Love ya!
