St. Louis Diggs...Our Future Home!

I took this picture of the arch from the car! There was no time for "play" on this trip! We look forward to being "tourist" after we are settled in. It's gonna be fun!

After looking all over and at tons of apartments and townhomes, we have chosen Station Plaza in Kirkwood, MO as our future home! This is one of two apartments that could be ours come July!

This is the view from down the street. We will have a few stairs leading down to a sidewalk that the girls can ride their bikes on!

This is the kitchen looking into the dining room area. It is really bright and cheery in there!

More of the kitchen looking into the laundry room.

Looking into the living room from the front door. The kitchen is to my left, and the dining room is to my right. The girls room and bathroom is on the left side of the living room, and our room is on the right side. It was so bright in there, so this picture doesn't do it justice!

This is the girls room and closet. They will share a room just like they are now.

The girls bathroom.

The master bedroom.

The master bathroom...it has a soaking tub! Finally, a big bathtub for me!!! :)

This is the "plaza" that is a block away from our apartment. There are concerts here on Friday nights in the summer. We can just walk right over!

This is a great coffee shop that is on the plaza. T.R. and I had coffee and a yummy crepe there. I forsee us having many breakfasts together here! We can just get up, throw on some clothes, and walk on over for breakfast. I also look forward to walking down there with the girls for hot chocolate and treats!

The city hall is right across the street from the plaza. T.R. and I describe the community as picturesque and Norman Rockwellish. We think this is a great place for our family for the year ahead!

Julie, your place looks great! What fun it will be to live within walking-distance to so many great places! It looks like a wonderful place to live - good luck there!

I love it! It will be so fun to live the "big city life" for a year. Also, it's great that you won't have to worry about selling a year from now, or shoveling sidewalks/mowing grass. It's so picturesque, it looks like a place we'd go on vacation!
