T.R. & Grand Rounds

Each year, the chief residents (the 5th years) have to give grand rounds one time. They have to get up in front of their fellow residents, attendings, medical students, & whoever else decided to come in that morning and talk about cases they have been a part of using x-rays and so forth. T.R. had to do his a couple of weeks ago, and he talked about the cases he did during his month in Aspen. It was really neat to see him in his element as an orthopedic surgeon and doing what he does! His parents were in town for Emma's birthday party, so they got to come too! We are all so proud of him and what he has accomplished. He is my Dr. McDreamy! Love you T.R.!

After his talk...he is into bowties now!

Me with Dr. McDreamy :)

Dr. Oz said on Oprah that bowties were safer for patients than regular ties. (A regular tie can drape across a patient (during hospital visits), get their germs, and pass them on to the next patient, and so on. So, he's helping control germs, too.
